OUR LADIES AS THEY MIGHT HAVE APPEARED ON PULP SCIENCE FICTION, FANTASY, WESTERN AND OTHER FICTION COVERS OF THE 1940'S, 1950'S AND 1960'S.

THIS IS HOW I PICTURE THE COVER ILLUSTRATION WOULD LOOK IN THE MID 1950'S FOR MY STORY  YOUR LOVE IS AN OASIS.  THIS IS A MERGING OF THREE DIFFERENT COVERS. THE PICTURE USED FOR B'ELANNA IS FROM 1955 AND FOR SEVEN IS 1950.  THE BACKGROUND IS FROM A COVER FROM 1960.

1945 cover.  I had to do a lot of nip and tuck as well as filling in certain areas to get a female figure.  I also added the strands of free floating hair for B'Elanna..This is a cover page for my story DARK ROSE.

AMAZING STORIES WAS A POPULAR SCIENCE FICTION MAGAZINE OF THE 1930'S-1960'S.  HERE I HAVE MANIPULATED A 1952 COVER DEPICTING SEVEN DOING TO CHUCKLES WHAT MANY OF US WOULD ENJOY SEEING DONE TO HIM.

B'ELANNA SWINGS INTO ACTION TO SAVE HER BELOVED SEVEN FROM THE EVIL CLUTCHES OF GENERAL SELA IN A COVER FOR MY T/7 STORY, DARK ROSE.  1948

1943 ILLUSTRATION.  ALL WAS LEFT UNCHANGED EXCEPT FOR MANIPULATING THE FEMALE FIGURE TO SEVEN OF NINE.

1947 cover used to illustrate the Voyager episode MACROCOSM.  This was the episode Janeway stripped down to her gray undie shirt and went hand to hand with the...ah...buggie things.  Here she is wearing SCI-FI Pulp Fiction Red with matching boots and gloves.

1959 cover. Tribute to the great Gina Dartt's JUST BETWEEN series of stories.  This is one of my favorite chapters.  I couldn't find a RIVERBOAT so a saloon has got to do.  Ro Laren is in the background with B'Elanna.

I made Chakotay the big chief in this one. Annika 'Swede' Hansen and Kate Janeway run for the hills. Chief Wood Stick is on the warpath.  Seems he is upset as his current date ran off with the woman he wanted to make his.  In the world of J/7 fanfic they have better choices and it ain't you.  1946 cover manipulation.

1940'S MAGAZINE COVER.  WESTERN STORIES WERE ALWAYS POPULAR IN MAGAZINE FORM FROM THE 1920'S THROUGH THE EARLY 1970'S

1961 Cover Manipulation.  True Adventures was a men's magazine that always featured scantily clad women and  stories based loosely on factual events.  My grandmother rented a room to a guy who used to read these mags.  When he was at work for the day, I used to sneak into his room and read them.  Rarely did the cover art actually reflect the story.

MANIPULATION OF A  1927 PAINTING BY JAMES M. FLAGG.  THE ORIGINAL IS CALLED THE FENCER. IT IS ALSO KNOWN AS PUSS IN BOOTS.  I MANIPULATED THIS FOR DAX'S STEAMY HOT JANEWAY AND SEVEN SHORT STORY PUSS IN BOOTS.

MID 1960'S SEXPLOITATION SPY NOVEL.  SEVEN IS THE CAPTAIN AND JANEWAY HER FIRST MATE. NOTICE THE NICE SET OF BUNS SHOWING IN THE BACKGROUND IN THE CROOK OF JANEWAY'S ARM.  I WOULDN'T MIND SERVING AS CABIN GIRL ON THIS VESSEL. 'ON THE GOOD SHIP LOLLIPOP'  NAUTIPUSS!! WHAT A PLAY ON WORDS. 1965
